Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept most credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Switch and Maestro debit cards.
Can I order by phone rather than on your site?

Of course! You can call our sales line where we will answer all of your questions and take payment over the phone. Alternatively, you can place your order on our website. Payment on our site is 100% secure but do call us and order over the phone if you prefer.
Is online payment secure?

Our payment system is completely safe and secure. All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Sage Pay VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL ceritificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass through us can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Is there a discount available on delivery for more than 1 item?

Delivery for your order is automatically discounted when you add your items to the basket - We offer free delivery for all items above £100 and for those product below £100 we have a minimum charge of £9.50.
Can I pick up the goods myself?

We unfortunately do not offer this service. All our products are delivered via reputable courier services and you will be notified about delivery.
Do you deliver outside the UK?

We deliver to the UK only presently.
What are your lead times?

Lead times vary according to the products you choose, however, we endeavour to get your item to you as soon as possible and will contact you via phone or email if we are expecting the item to take longer. All lead times are approximate and can be found on each product page. If you select an in-stock item, delivery will usually take from 7-10 days depending on the item.
Will I get a receipt?

Yes. We will send you an email confirming your order and the payment amount.
